Product Returns

AMHS will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the balance will be issued to you. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning your product.

Warranty Information

All products sold by AMHS carry a manufacturer's warranty. In additional AMHS offers a 30 day store warranty for all products in the case of defect. AMHS will honor all warranties under applicable law and will repair or replace, free of charge, items that are under warranty of AMHS or the manufacturer (whichever is longer). If you believe your product is defective, please contract us today.

Prescription Assistance

All items with a Manufacturer Note of "Rx Required" will require a prescription on file before we ship the product. If you have a prescription, you may fax it to 610-524-2123 or provide it as an email attachment to: info@advmedhomecare.com. If you would like assistance in obtaining a prescription for desired products, please contact us with the desired products and your physician name and phone number. We will request the prescription on your behalf from your physician.

Common CPAP items that require a prescription are: CPAP / BiLevel machines, humidifiers and fully assembled masks.

Common CPAP items that do not require a prescription are: CPAP / BiLevel machine parts and accessories (E.G. water chambers, filters, hoses etc.) and mask components (E.G. masks without headgear, cushions, chin straps, etc.).
